Whatever you face can be broken down into its simplest form; even the most complexed matters can be separated into units that are easier to comprehend. The mind has the propensity to complicate issues, blowing them out of all proportion, into states more complicated than they really are. Always keep matters you need to deal with in the simplest form possible.

It's easy with the cascading number of issues being faced on a daily basis for your focus to be scattered over too many issues, thus diluting attention almost to an ineffective level. Isolating what is the most prevalent or important issues where concentration is best placed, then searching for the necessary solutions to resolve matters before attempting to deal with secondary issues. Multitasking can spread concentration too thin, while dealing with issues one by one is more likely the best way to deal with the factors that need addressing or resolving the most important issues quickly.
